    I swear it’s always a hit and miss at this AIR CITY COURIER location with their customer service…..I’ve been waiting for help for over 10 minutes waiting patiently for my turn and this vapid Vanessa worker barely notices me and asks, Do you need help?” Really….like me waiting in line doesn’t indicate or being 1st in your line doesn’t tell you I need YOUR ASSISTANCE in your Department? Dumb as a ROCK!”

    A time sensitive package I sent was delivered to the wrong location, partly my mistake, partly theirs. Paula at Air City Courier was kind enough to issue a prepaid label so the package could be resent to the correct location on time. I’m always thankful for a business that understands and prioritizes their customers’ needs.

    If I could give Air City Courier -20 stars I would. Paid a deposit, confirmed the week of the move, Saturday came and they never showed up…..no phone call, nothing. Their voice mail was full, couldn’t leave a message. They finally called me late that evening and said they’d had an issue with their phone. What company doesn’t have multiple people with multiple cell phones with which they could have called a customer they’ve stood up? No other real explanation given, just vague apologies. They couldn’t move us then for another 5 days so we ended up having to U-Haul it, and turns out you can hire loaders & unloaders through U Haul for a fraction of the price so why would you even need these undependable people. They did return my deposit, but that didn’t make up for the MAJOR inconvenience they caused by just not showing up. Don’t trust these people!
