   I ordered 2 double wear eyeliner Estee Lauder 3 weeks ago. After calling to see where my order was, I was told it would be delivered on Monday May 4. It is Wednesday the 6th. of May and I still do not have my order. I was never given a order number. If I don’t receive my order in the next few days I am going to refute the charges.

   I placed and order for women’s pants and top by Alferd Dunner to be drop shipped to , MS on 10-06-2020 and the charge
   has already appeared on my charge card. I have received no acknowledgement of the order or shipment information as of now
   is there any information available. You cant charge for something if I don’t have this information.

    I am not pleased with my online orders with Belks. One gift never arrived (gourmet food basket)) One Santa order came with no manuel and parts missing. The box was ripped open (kevamaple) over $120
    Things came so sporadically I don’t know what arrived. One order was doubled and I paid for both–now I have to figure out what to send back.(sweater-socks-barite scarf. Since I am very sick with cancer I don’t feel like going through the task of looking up order and tracking # Hopefully you can do this job
