    I have been trying to contact Boots though Mail. But, did not receive a proper reply. Been waiting for my parcel for two days. I really needed this soon. But, now I don’t think I’ll receive it! My money was also being deducted. And the tracking number is given wrong, since Royal Mail said it’s invalid!!

    Ive ordered my boots and its been a few day i was told 3 days they should arrive and they have not . I paid with american express and called them and if i dont get them soon , they will take care of getting my money back , please contact me if they have shipped already !

    I have rung Customer Services on the phone for an hour. Boots’ Facebook page no reply to my message. I am now at my wit’s end, with nowhere else to go. Please can I have the email address of your Head office so I can make a complaint? My order number is 511729873. My parcel number is CFS063438227.

    I should have stated that I ordered my goods on the 1st of November, and I should have been able to collect them from my local Boots Chemist. I have not received an email to say it is ready to collect
