Dear Sir
I ordered Seriud WIFI Booster from you on Amazon. I was informed by your representative on phone that it works only on 110v and not on 220v. hence its of not use to me here in India, I requested him to cancel my order. he agreed. I also asked him to update this info on Amazon website, he agreed. But i see that order is not canceled but item is despatched. I would like to inform you that I will not accept the order and inform Amazon about the whole situation. Since Cart2India did not inform the customer that item works on 110v , its not customer’s fault that he cannot accept the item. Its companies responsibility to give complete info on the product to the customer. Plese cancel the order.
I ordered 2 numbers of Pyle PSI 15 accostic subwoofer sound isolation damping stands on 26 august 2020. the total cost paid to Amazon Rs17,310/-, (each item cost Rs8,580/-). The Amazon forwarded a tracking id 519301 of cart2india. One single item which was i ordered delivered on 3-9-2020 through BlueDart from cart2india. The remaining one item not delivered till today. I complained about this issue to cart2india & Amazon. The single item returned to u by BlueDart after cancelled ordered approved. I contacted cart2india for return amount for Rs17310/-. the receptionists asked me reasons for cancellation. I ordered 2 items but delivered 1 item only thus the reason replied. The receptionist enquired, she sad only 1 item was imported, the second item will book and it will take 14 days time. The second track id not send to me till today. Please provide id.
