    The status has to be WRONG & CAN NOT HAVE BEEN UPDATED. I returned this to Englewood, CO on 14 Sep 2020. Is it STILL sitting in Kernersville, NC? I put it in Driver’s hands for return on the 14th. Today is the 28th! I am trying to track the return for reimbursement please.

    I do wish I had the position of CEO of FedEx. Packages would be shipped and delivered in a timely manner. Example: My perishable shipment arrive in Knoxville, TN on Oct. 2nd., 2 hours away from my city. From Knoxville, the shipment arrived in South Haven, Mississippi on Oct 3rd. Today, October 9, the shipment is in the state of Penn. Why I ask? Why is my shipment traveling in a circle for so may days and why such a long carbon foot print??? After five attempts to speak to alive person, which is an act of Congress, I managed to ask that question and no logical answer was given. I really do not understand why FedEx is leaving such an enormous carbon foot print.

    I OREDER 2 ITEMS FROM 2 DIFFERENT STORES AND WHEN I TRACK THEM THEY BOTH SAY THAT THEY WERE DELIVER ON
    THE SAME DATE 11/24/2020 BUT THEY INFACT WERE NOT DELIVER AT ALL BECAUSE MY SECURITY FRONT CAMERA WISH RECORDS AND TAKES A SNAP PICTURE SHOWS THAT NO DELIVERY PERSONNEL CAME TO MY DOOR ON THIS PARTICULAR DATE AND I AM GETTING THE RUN AROUND WHEN I TRY TO PUT IN A CLAIM. SEE IT ASK FOR MY TRACK # ,ONCE I PUT IN THE TRACK# OFCOURSE IT TELLS ME THAT THE PACKAGE HAVE BEEN DELIVER AND I CAN’T SEEM TO GO ANY FURTHER FROM THERE!! FUSTRATION!! I DO BELEIVE THAT THE ITEMS WERE STOLEN BY FED EX DELIVERY PERSONNEL,I REALLY WOULD LIKE THIS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE CEO FOR FED EX PRINCE GEORGE,VA 23875

    I have been waiting for delivery of this shipment since 12/31/2020, it has been sitting in Olathe, KS for some reason. I would like for an expediter to get it moving. Tracking for FedEx is # 61297641794627356424. Smartpost is worthless for tracking.

    Smartpost gives FedEx and the USPS customers both a blackeye. Lesson learned to never buy from an online company that deceives customers by offering free shipping for purchasing their product, because they hid the fact their shipper is or could be shitty SmartPost to screw me over & unable to receive updated tracking thru FedEx. Because FedEx online customer service is only a broken loop & nothing more & most likely this loophole was created to lose packages conveniently for the seller who’s in cahoots with FedEx to steal customer pkgs without recompense. Bottomline if you don’t know the seller as a first time buyer, do buy if seller won’t specify who the shipper is as it could be a bait & switch with a FedEx tracking # to SmartPost who is nothing more than a deadend for FedEx pkgs who have no serious partnership with USPS for accurate & timely delivery or tracking of this Smartpost bogus FedEx tracking nbr. FED UP with SmartPost via FedEx. You people suck!! And so does ShoeMall who uses their services for so-called free shipping enticements who lure customers in to trap them for prepayments. Such a shitty way to do business. Shame on you ShoeMall, FedEx, Smartpost aka dumbpost.

    We received a FedEx SmartPost package the day befor yesterday due to the close eye of a neighbor. They let us know there was a package in the ditch at the entrance of the ranch. The Tracking #e-VS was 9261 2902 7442 0329 3831 87.
    It was left in the ditch beside someone else’s mailbox. This is not the first time this has happened. FedEx finds it’s way to 9024 CR 2411; Sinton, Tx but seems to not take the time to check the address of 9024A CR 2411 which is right across from the other house. Neither is on the road and should not have it’s packages left in the ditch. Please contact me so we can discuss this and end this upsetting practice. Thank you, Rhonda

    FedEx never ceases to amaze me with how low they csn set the bar for how horrible their service is! I received a package today that was left at our mailbox in the pouring rain. I’m grateful to our observant neighbor who brought it up to the house at 6:30pm after it sat out there, at the mailbox, down by the road, in the pouring rain!!! The box is completely saturated and disintegrated when I tried to open it. FedExSucks!!! Here’s the real kicker. I signed up for FedEx Tracking Notifications…. Nothing. Had they alerted me that the package was delivered, I could have driven down to the mailbox and picked it up before it got saturated.

    Tracking number 61290989258620593081. My Package was due to be delivered By 12/8/21. Its getting nowhere With FedEx reps. they now say I just have to wait, my package should be delivered on or by 12/12/21 which is a Sunday. I tried to voice my concerns of going thru this before and ended up never seeing a package that was lost or had be stole along with the fact that the package was in my area and yet it kept moving into another state and just has been sitting there for the last 3 days why is that?. all this fell on deaf ears. All I could be told is my package is shipping and I just have to wait this who shipping experience has gotten me to the point I will never order online again if I can help it.

    To Whom It May Concern,
    Depending on SmartPost is anything but being smart. Complaining to FedEx is a waste of time, all you get is the run around. This company hires inferior personnel that either weren’t trained very well (maybe not at all) or just have a bad work ethic. The route driver I deal with will always leave the delivery exposed to the weather elements, never leaving the package by the door where it is underneath the roof line protected from sun and rain. They will leave the delivery several steps away from my front door where it is visible from the sidewalk and street waiting to be stolen. Being home during most deliveries I never hear a knock or a ring from the doorbell letting me know of a package being dropped-off. My experience today, I’ve learned to periodically check the FedEx site to confirm delivery or not when dealing with SmartPost. Website showed that the delivery had taken place, when I went outside to retrieve the package it was not there, so either it was misplaced, stolen or never delivered. Have let FedEx as well as the shipper know of this situation. I’m waiting on a refund at this point. Have viewed the previous posts, I’m glad that it is not just me that is going through this BS! May GOD Bless us all.

    TRACKING NO. 74897937835142243513 — I ordered some supplements off of Amazon. This was the tracking no. It says it was delivered on Saturday 4/30. If it was it was NOT at my place. Please let me know what you need from me in order to rectify this problem. Either find it and place it at MY door or refund me the price of the supplement.     Fedex smartpost might be good for the merchant but it’s sure NOT for the customer. I realize it said it would take longer to arrive but this is ridiculous. I have been trying to track the package and have been given 3 different dates on Fedex tracking and each time it misses the date it goes back to pending. The package has been sitting in Olathe, Ks. for over a week. Never again will I use this service!

    I ordered the butterfly bush plants and got the text that the order had shipped on 4/28/2022. I started tracking the order and it would tell me that the order would be here on a certain day. When it was not delivered, I tracked it again and it gave me another date. Then it would say there is not information, then another date. The package was delivered on the 15th. No one rang the doorbell to let us know it was here and being a live plant, that is not good. The plant inside the box had dirt everywhere and one of the trees had come completely out of the plastic and was broken. I planted them the next day even though they looked rough and were dry. I don’t know if they are going to live or not. I am watering them and checking them daily but I see no sign of life. I am very disappointed. When I looked up the tracking today, it shows they were delivered on 5/6. That is not true! They are trying to cover their butts!
