I have parcel my motor cycle on the date 10/07/2021 Bill no: CHE225485162 from Guindy (Chennai) to Karur. Bike was parcel in very damage condition front doom was damaged heavily. Even though as per your company policy DAMAGE NOT CLAIMED, but the damage happen is not at all fair. It’s losing reputation on KPN Parcel service. Please consider this and take a necessary action.

parcel (LR #: TUT062068435) shipped from tuticorin branch opp to aravind eye hospital to chennai Guindy was received in damaged condition. 2 wheeler side mirrors are broken this was identified during delivery and shown to your Guindy branch staff. No response. Asked tuticorin branch, they said they are not responsible since it may happened during transit.
Then who is responsible for this, me ? For believing KPN brand name ?

I am Vishal Sandron Legal Advicer (Criminal Side) from Chennai, my Brother is a Wholesale Sewing Machine dealer in Arni, on 08 January 2022 Saturday by 18:37 PM with a cost of ₹.720, one of our dealer from Chennai Booked us a Sewing Machine in your reputed KPN Parcel Service. Sunday is full LockDown. On Monday 10 January 2022 by 10 Am, I reached your Arni KPN Parcel Service contact person through the number 9976136195, he replied me confirming that by today noon at 01.00 PM the Chennai Lorry will be arriving sir, I had contacted him by 01:21 and 02:33 PM, KPN branch Arni person replied me that Lorry not yet arrived by 4 you call me sir. From his assurance we had give the word to my Customer that by Evening around 07:00 we will deliver the Sewing Machine which been in your Parcel Service. But 04:06 PM same reply from KPN Arni branch Chennai Lorry is on the way. At by 05:56 PM I contacted your KPN person he informed me that Sir, the Chennai Lorry is in Vellore Sir by within an Hour it would reach Arni. Delivery from your side is being late, I had informed my customer by today ( 11 January 2022) will deliver the Machine today Morning, by 10:38 we contacted KPN Parcel Service Arni he replied me that Lorry not yet arrived from Chennai, we asked that sir you told that yesterday evening Lorry was in Vellore but now telling not yet received call by 01:00 PM a rigorous reply from your side KPN Parcel Service Arni, so now we are not able to give my service to my preferable and valuable customer. Beacuse of your person without knowing knowledge of the despatch of the Parcel whether it is started or not from the Chennai. Because of his lethogic reply now my reputation is yet to be spoil. It’s a worst customer care service and will spoil the business of KPN Parcel Service.

CONTACT NUMBER SWITCH OFF, NOT PROPER RESPONSE.
We booked five cartons on June 10,2022 from chennai Broadway to Madurai. It has reached Madurai only by yesterday. When enquired about the cartons, we were informed that one of the cartons went missing, thereby delivery got delayed. Because of this delay in delivery, our customer has cancelled the order and he has refused to take our goods. Due to the delay in delivery, already we have faced the loss and in addition to this now we are being asked to pay for the delivery. Further, we need to take the goods back from Madurai to Chennai Broadway.

The negligence from your side has already resulted in loss and henceforth for the unsold goods, we can’t bear the charges for delivery. So, considering the situation kindly cancel the delivery fee and we request you to return the goods from Madurai to Chennai Broadway as soon as possible.
