    Thank you to Rose, Route 11 at PAMBATO CARGO for her superior service. Moved up my stop forwarding mail date a week. Had several orders coming in from Amazon and was afraid it was all going to get forwarded. She saw the change and held my mail knowing I would be back on Monday.
    That takes real caring and forethought. Great customer service!

    About half the furniture they’ve delivered has been damaged. Mostly PAMBATO CARGO has handled it well by scheduling an exchange or arranging touch up. Two units should have been identified as damaged before being brought into the house. There was so much damage to deal with that we didn’t see minor damage to one of the smaller units until after they left. After I called them and sent emails with pictures, they never responded with a resolution. The one unit they did have fixed now has a glossy spot on an otherwise matte finish; haven’t heard back from them regarding that either. We had given them some slack since there was a storm approaching, but going forward, we will inspect each piece thoroughly before they bring it in the house and reject anything that has even minor damage.

    Kathy at PAMBATO CARGO hung up on me when I called in to ask a simple question. I was polite and courteous and she hung up on me with attitude. Unacceptable.

    I thought it was going to be a long wait. But these girls at Pambato Cargo are quick and know what they’re doing. I will keep coming to this location. Very convenient it’s next to Albertson’s.
