Max and his team at STAR CARGO were super responsive and professional during the whole process of moving me between states. Everyone I worked with was friendly and courteous and there wasn’t a scratch on my belongings. I recommend Star Cargo to anyone I know looking to hire great movers!
HORRIBLE SERVICE! It’s 11:09AM on May 3rd 2019. The older black woman on shift at STAR CARGO claiming to be the shift lead wouldn’t disclose her name so whoever is on shift is the horrible worker I’m speaking of. I stood there waiting at the counter (no one else was in line) as she blatantly kept taking customers in front of me as others walked in. Didn’t greet me… didn’t EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE me, nothing just completely ignored me. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. I walked out without completing my service because I’m so disgusted with her and this location. She wants to swear at an upset customer because why? A customer’s dissatisfied she’s blatantly assisting other customers and IGNORING the fact I was standing there waiting for assistance. NEVER WILL I RETURN & I will be making calls to escalate this HORRIBLE experience I had. HIRE PEOPLE WHO AREN’T MISERABLE AND DON’T DISCRIMINATE!!!!!
I’ve used Star Cargo twice now – once for myself and once for someone I work with. The movers are polite, efficient, and careful! Both times I’ve used their services I was very satisfied. I had great customer service over the phone, prompt email communication, and had no surprises when the bill came. I loved being able to get a written quote without having to give every detail of my life first!!! I definitely recommend using Star Cargo and will use them again in the future as necessary.
