Service here at 777 POST is absolutely horrible, we were at the register filling out addresses on a package. Even though it took less than a minute to write, the woman decided to help the next person in line then went to the back while completely ignoring us. Extremely Rude and unhelpful. Not wearing a name tag but when I find out I’m filing an official complaint. Didn’t even get a thank you after we paid.
After doing extensive research on pricing to have my vehicle shipped, 777 POST gave me the best price, Mario was a great help at answering my questions and making the process smooth. My car was picked up on time and delivered in just a few days! I have recommended to friends and they’ve had the same experience.
Don’t recommend 777 POST at all, they gonna give you price and let you pay more pretending drivers not accepting this price, after days of waiting, auction late fees will start, and you will find yourself under their hammer. I bought two cars from IAA and paid this company for delivery and the agreement was within 5 days, so the five days passed and I was calling them daily, and they always saying we sent you email and we sent you email, I don’t know if this company is sending emails or delivering cars, and they started to abuse me in asking for more money around 400$ more for one of the cars, really it was so bad, i ended paying late fees for the auction and one of them they delivered it and forget the keys by the auction and it was a nightmare to move it. And the other car i decided to travel and get out to one of my friends house and check for a real shipping company, and this company let me loose a lot.
