   We couldn’t thank Bobby and the staff at Air Express Capalaba enough. Our parcel arrived in Japan just 3 days after it was put in the capable hands of the Capalaba staff. We will definitely be using them again.

   We write, be it a little late, to thank Air Express for a job well done.
   From the estimator’s call and the administration through to the move, every thing was carried out very professionally.
   The lads including the packers were very helpful and efficient and made a job, which can be very stressful, extremely smooth on the day.
   They were all very polite and sociable, which dare we say, made the experience enjoyable.

   Very disappointed with Air Express delivery and collecting method. They send so many text messages in the lead up, tell you there’s a delivery window of 10hrs and then send it back to the depot if you’re not home – just unrealistic.

    Today I was refused to send my letters in that specific Air Express office. I had 12 letters to send, all prepaid and guy had to only scan and print receipts for it. Reason – too much from one person.(???) I didn’t know there is any limit per person… Air Express guy was very rude and aggressive.

    Worst company for custom clearance. Air Express agents ask too much charges for customs clearance. Totally unethical. They also charge under the table amount in personal gpay number. Never trust them. They are worst people.

    The service is handled professionally and efficiently. Thumbs up to Air Express’s very reliable team. Parcel arrived in the UK 3 days earlier than the expected delivery date. I am a satisfied client. Till next cargo.
