    I only use CPS Shipping for my larger shipments as the crappy US postal service only has shoebox sized boxes for $18 commercial price or over $20 if you’re a lay person. Ridiculous.
    CPS Shipping is a great company. They go out of their way to make sure your item(s) get to the destination on time and correctly. I’ve accidentally used the wrong zip code twice and CPS Shipping has always called and said hey so we notice this is incorrect and they’ve always sent it out with no extra charge same service!
    For a 55lbs. box to get to zone 5 was only $61!!! That’s a crazy good deal considering it’s 4 day shipping and the courier office wanted $40 to begin with and chances are they’d take 2 weeks (now granted their priority and express service is second to CPS Shipping…)

    -10 Stars. Booked a load with these CPS Shipping people turns out the load wasn’t ready waited 2 hrs then left /THEY WILL NOT PAY TONU/ BAD BUSINESS OVERALL.

    Just started with CPS Shipping a few weeks ago. I really don’t have any issues with GP. The team I work with is amazing from my dispatcher having my back and not micro managing me. To safety answering any questions, without acting annoyed or bothered. Even the weekend dispatchers want to help, which is very rare in this line of work. Bottom line they treat you like a professional driver.

    CPS Shipping is a joke! Delivered wrong pole, after waiting 6 hours new pole arrived. Driver Andrea said that other driver purposely loaded wrong truck because he did not want to be out of town for 2 weeks. I called in to customer service… what customer service? Henry said he did not care if the pole was not delivered on time. I did mention that I would leave him a review and he threatened me that he would leave a nasty review if I left one. CPS Shipping has the worst customer service and unprofessional people that I have ever dealt with!
