Lady at the Globex Courier desk was SUPER polite and friendly. Knew exactly what I needed, and got me in and out in no time. First time coming to this location, but I’ll use it more often now.
Initially Globex Courier was a good company but once I resigned they added extra charges so they wouldn’t have to give my full escrow. $4000 went down to $0. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. They lied about the lease to own options, raised the lease payments, kept us in a weekly gross amount that was severely less than our capabilities. Load rates they gave us was lower than what the Broker was offering. Not to mention their CSA score caused us to lose high dollar loads. All in all a bad experience.
Globex Courier Company made the moving process so seamless for our family. They are punctual, polite, hardworking, and good at what they do!! Would 10/10 recommend and use again.
The Globex Courier location is a somewhat larger and more open layout than many courier offices. They have great services for PO boxes and are mostly friendly. Communication can be lax by the front counter when you have questions that are more in depth.
Have only had a few incidents where even though my package said it was delivered to my PO Box there, it ended up that they never actually placed it in a parcel locker because they were running behind so they were waiting till the following day. I was kind of miffed about it because they didn’t want to say that until I had the tracking number and they had to admit it because it was guaranteed to have arrived.
