    Never ever trust them cause they can spend 3 months to deliver 2 pallets and then say they’re lost in the end. They’re just an agent doesn’t care about your cargo and charge you waste journey even that’s caused by their fault.

    Li Mofu (202101569) is a very responsible and accommodating staff from J&T. He is very polite and a great person to work with. He is also very professional, getting the job done not matter how tired he is. Which also makes him trustworthy, both to my employer and the staff of the company I work in.

    Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping company. We are a school trying to get a package delivered and it seems no matter how many times I say YOU CANNOT DELIVER AFTER 4PM they keep trying and then telling me I owe them $10 to try to deliver it again. Also why do I have wait on hold forever when I call right at 8am when they open??? There is that many people calling to complain???
