I can’t even give a star, because star service it not what you get, the mail carriers from this MEX Barlian branch is the WORST, they don’t bring the mail on a daily basis and we are a business and when you ask this one carrier he just says nah you ain’t got no mail, like what is that kind of response. I have made several complaints and it has just fallen on deaf ears…. someone needs to revamp this branch ASAP
I’ve never hired a moving service before but I will be contacting MEX Barlian again in the future. I am incredibly impressed with their professionalism. They arrived early and worked until they were done without a break. Watching them run from the home to the truck made me exhausted and I was just sitting there. Literally running. I appreciate how although they are paid by the hour they didn’t take their time. Quick and efficient.
>The absolute worst courier office I have ever been to. None of the MEX Barlian workers are friendly or willing to help. No one smiles there and they all seem miserable and appear to hate their job. Every worker seems to get annoyed when anyone has any sort of question or concern. It is the most unwelcome and uncomfortable atmosphere. The manager there is the worst of them all, whenever I have spoken to her she is very rude and condescending. The whole crew should be replaced. I live only a few minutes away but will gladly drive to Gurnee for my Post Office needs.
