    Can someone please help me. I ordered 4 items On the 16th sept which was needed for the 17th sept.

    Item numbers p36 283, 223-206, 432-314, U49-707. The parcel man left it on my door step Which he took a photo. When l got there, No package found. Someone must of took it but what l don’t understand is why anyone would leave it on doorstep in the open for everyone to see that walks passed. It is not a safe nor secure place. I have contacted delivery firm but they just keep sending me photo of door step. please advise no one in there right mind would leave it there

    Consistent low ratings don’t lie. There isn’t a propaganda conspiracy against NEXT. 1k+ ratings aren’t a coincidence. Simply irresponsible. After specifically confirming on the phone deliveries are to apartment doors, not flat entrances, was told 5 mins before delivery that it’s at the discretion of the drivers. Two drivers (and their KFC bucket!) were not budging. Management were helpless. The added risk for them in Covid was the press of a button inside the lift to bring it up. No extra doors, no tight corridors, no contact with customer. Later confirmed with buying company that their initial agreement has always been up to door. So there’s one 60kg person having to move and push a heavy washing machine with no wheelie trolley.
    Simply lazy, and misuse of a pandemic. Was also lied to twice. Oh, and if you’re that worried about covid, next time wear a mask when delivering!
    Bought plenty of goods over this pandemic with fantastic delivery drivers. However, if I buy a product that I know NEXT is to deliver now, I will simply cancel the order. I ain’t contributing to this company earning a penny.

    One of the worst courier service in Pondicherry. My parcel is with NEXT for the past 2 days and they say they can’t deliver it by bike… they are asking me to come and take delivery. Companies which use NEXT as courier provider in Pondicherry are going to lose their customers. Worst courier service.
