Terrible service. Very difficult to get on the phone. Mostly goes to answering machine. Had to leave a message 3 times before they returned a call. Was originally scheduled for a 10AM-2PM delivery. They called and updated the time period to Noon to 4PM. It is 6PM and no delivery or no call.
We have used Meehan’s Family Moving 4 times in the past 3 years (both long distance and local) and they are truly the best! Each move, they have been on time, professional, fairly-priced, and super easy to work with! We haven’t had a single concern come up with them.
In all of these moves, they have never lost or broken any of our items. They moved all of our items with care each time.
We are also always impressed by the guys they send out to help move us. Their guys are very fast and focused, yet very friendly and pleasant. Moving can be stressful, but the guys that come out to help make it so easy!
We hope after all these moves that we won’t have to move again for a while, but if we did, we would absolutely continue to use them every time. We recommend Meehan’s to all of our family and friends as well, because we know their stuff will be in good hands with Meehan’s!
What happens when your package is signed for and delivered but you are sitting empty handed? How does a collection of letters equal a customer signature? Yes, I am also a customer. Educate your workforce and pay them, so they don’t have to resort to these tactics. As a company you should be embarrassed. HORRIBLE.
