This Satellite Cargo place breeds misery. Seriously, would a smile kill you?! It’s a shame you can’t give half a star. I don’t think I have ever seen one happy staff member here, they huff at you and look at you like you’re asking for the world just to pass them a parcel. Today the woman that served me made me feel guilty for wanting to post something with a postal service!
Satellite Cargo showed a high class customer service. The team arrived on time and worked hard. They packed my belongings with ease and they had all the necessary supplies for the packing. I had no reasons to worry and I was amazed how professional the team was. It was incredible and I want to recommend them.
They have the slowest and worst service in this town. I’m visiting and I needed to exchange some money at Satellite Cargo. After I have waited approximately 20 min in line, first they told me that they didn’t take high denominations ($100 bill). Luckily I had few $20 bills which was fine with them. Then the clerk informed me about the exchange rate which was different from one displayed outside which according to them it was the on-line rate and they have a different one inside. I have rarely seen such incompetence. I took my money back and I left.
Satellite Cargo packed my belongings and moved all from Airdrie to Hawick, quickly and without fuss. My new address was a top floor flat with an awkward entrance, but they moved everything in quickly, without complaint and without damage. It was a very smooth operation and I was delighted with the service.
