Ours was a complex move which involved removal to store, pack for international shipping, and ship to Europe. Steph from SHENTONG EXPRESS held our hands through the delays in the completion of our sale and the ensuing complexities of moving from a third country after Brexit! The removal teams at both locations were friendly, helpful and very professional. The whole experience was much less stressful than it could have been… thank you to all at Shentong Express.
The staff at Shentong Express were friendly and helpful. Patiently waited for me to find all my parcels and letters that needed posting.

Only put 1 star so I could post. Should be A DON’T USE THIS courier office. There is absolutely no customer service at this Shentong Express. The owner went off his head when I asked for a receipt for a courier post parcel (every other Post Office I go into gives these to me). He refused to accept the parcel. So off I went to another Post Office shaking my head never to return. Hey it wasn’t a big ask and no other agency or Post Office has a problem issuing receipts. This happened four weeks ago, went again today and push repeat. I was greeted by a security guard at the door, when he saw me in the line he asked the security guard to remove me and again wouldn’t accept my parcel. A Courier Post agency where you can’t drop off a courier post parcel…??????
Always get a quote from Shentong Express. The drivers are friendly and offer onsite good service. Office staff not big on greeting clients when entering the office, not big on initiative as they seek out the boss when in doubt.
Here at SHENTONG EXPRESS are PO saving, PO certificate, speed post, E Post, Electronic money order, retail post, Rural postal life Insurance, Philately & Business/Expenses parcel facilities available.
But little bit delay in service and they aren’t guiding properly to people regarding new schemes and about documents.
