I went packages to mombasa by Air on the 26/06/20 just after 1pm at forest Gate offices. When I got into the office one of the colleagues asked when I wanted my packages was to be shipped/sent and I told them the same day which was Thursday and said fine the guy is loading now so it’s cool. After a few days I tried to track my packages but the website is so poor that leads to testimonial and several means of sending cargo, i called the offices and I spoke to guy don’t want to mention his name 3 times and he has not got back to me about my package it’s ashame that I am a new customer and the first impression of the service is so so poor and would i recommend anyone, i doubt I would. I think you better sort your services if you want customers like me to use your services and you may say we got other customers who have complained but they are silent because of fear.

The best move of my life. I’m going to be critical here, on purpose. These Map Express men were kind, precise and organized. ALL MY WALLS and furniture were safe and sound. I sell real estate. I’ll send all my clients to Travis. I’ll always remember this move as a peaceful move. Not kidding, the move was chill and efficient and enjoyable.
FIRST OFF!!! I WOULD LIKE TO START THIS REVIEW BY SAYING DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! When I called this company Map Express. I explained in detail of all the items in which were being moved and I was given a quote that would be no more than $289.00 and for this reason I’m writing this review. When the movers finally showed up two hours late…….. they had the audacity to tell me that there was no possible way that they would move my property for $289.00 even after I showed them the quote that I received from the sales rep. That’s when they began to tell me that each and every item had to be wrapped for insurance purposes. Well, don’t you think the sales rep that sells the jobs would know this and already have that included in the charges with the quote…. Absolutely unbelievable that he would even think to insult my intelligence, but moving on…. So when I contacted the office, I asked to speak to a manager, when she got on the phone, she proceeded to tell me that these changes are just part of the process and that there was nothing I could do about it due to my being under contract. So a bill that was said not to rise above $289.00 now is just breaking $800.00. and may I remind you, the mover screwed up when having me sign the contract which it was now residing in my pocket… To make a long story short, after it was all said and done, I got off the phone with the manager and told them that I would not be using their services due to the fact that they were liars and thieves. I refuse to do business with people that have no respect or care for their customers… so, when I told them this, they said that because of my cancellation, there was a fee, and get this… he said that the cancellation fee was $550.00 HA!!! I said that he was out of his mind and I wasn’t paying a dime. I then told him that we had no ties because you are no longer in possession of the said contract that supposedly claimed that I was pretty much owned by them. Now once he was aware that I was in possession of the contract, things started to escalate. Now there’s a police report and an incarceration with charges to be filed… yes,,, they came after me and assaulted me. Went in to my pockets after I was unconscious and took back the document… So once again ladies and gentlemen, Please do not use Map Express. IT’S A SCAM!!! They will take your money and put you in a position to take more… thank you for taking the time out to read this. I hope this message reaches each and every person that plans to use this company, for I would hate to see anyone go through the things that I now have to deal with ….
