    Order #10329015. NOT RECEIVED AS OF JANUARY 2, 2020. Order was placed December 11, 2019. Trackin information says package enroute. Order was placed for a Christmas gift. Please adjust my balance to reflect non receipt to first recipient in NJ.

    I ordered two mint Dobosh Tortes. I was told they would be delivered on Nov 9. On Nov 5. I walked out my front door to find a package with 2 Tortes in them. I was not told to expect them. They ware out in 80 degree heat for how long? it could have been days, hours. I have no idea. I am afraid to serve them to family. Not sure if they are still edible. under the circumstances.
    I would ;like a resolution to this problem. Naturally it has left me with bad feelings about Swiss Colony

    I received my orders in plenty of time which I was so thankful. Your sausage,cheese and candy excellent! Your Bavarian Torte not so much. Although the presentation was great. The taste not so much. Will not order those again. Tasted like a Hostess Ding Dong. Very unhappy with that.

    Your delivery gets worse all the time. Contact #?? Disconnected 4 times. I’ve got 2 orders out that will probably be delivered by next month…hopefully. You aren’t the only game in town anymore…And I’m ready to give a company more concerned with prompt delivery and customer service a chance.

    Do not use Swiss Colony. They do not provide quality service as promised! I paid over $8000 for my move.
    Some of the issues I had were: Boxes dumped inside of moving truck. TV stand broken. Edges to flooring in new house broken. Hand made clock broken. Beds not put back together because movers didn’t have tools. Fragile items packed with heavy items.
    These are just a few of the multiple issues with this company. Customer Service sends you right to voicemail and does not follow up on feedback or return your calls after move has been paid for.

    I have been stopping by this Swiss Colony for years. I was surprised to read some of the recent reviews. I have never had anything less than a great experience.

    There may be a long line but it’s because they are a busy location. It would be nice to have more staff but every Swiss Colony usually has only 2 employees waiting on customers. And if the line moves too slowly, it’s probably because the customers have too many questions and don’t know what they’re doing. I’m always in and out at the counter in a minute or two.

    The Swiss Colony in Murphy was busy but Associate Kasandra Reyes was efficient and helpful. She greeted me immediately and explained why there might be a delay. I don’t mind waiting for what I need (in this case, a passport photo) when someone has communicated the reason. (Another customer was doing a mailing transaction in front of the store’s sole photo screen.) No biggie but it made a difference to me.
