Came to send a Package to NY. I was unaware that portable battery chargers can’t be sent through Transmark Freight. Not an issue… I can understand. Friendly people and courteous.
Delivery from transmark freight was fine but now there is a noise coming from the crank with each pedal stroke. I will need to have someone come back to adjust it.

Received a first class package with live animals from Transmark Freight completely destroyed. I was cleaning up dead animals off my countertop when I set the package down. Talked to postmaster and she refused to take accountability or provide resolution. Amazing how they can destroy your package and get away with it. Never trust them with anything valuable. Use a real service like UPS. Also, good luck trying to talk to their customer service on the phone. Good thing it wasn’t medicine or something essential.
Was shouted down by employee Judy at transmark freight today. Wore all appropriate PPE. Tried to drop my prepaid and labeled package on the counter, but she hollered at me. After waiting in line the post master confirmed that I was allowed to do that and that had she seen this happen she would’ve corrected Judy.
