   Good day. I have a problem with a package that I bought via aliexpress china.

   No one gives me an answer, both the Colombian mail, neither Argentine customs nor Argentine mail, much less aliexpress. I already lost a dispute.

   I see in the tracking that the package went through you. From the Colombian mail they tell me that they do not have entry records.

   In the follow-up it is seen that they canceled the shipment and it may be in Colombian customs as no RL000675161CO. that is the tracking number

   I MADE SEVERAL ORDERS AND IT ARRIVED ALL TOGETHER EXCEPT 1 WITH 4 BOXES, AND THEY SAY THEY TRIED TO DELIVER IT TO ME. THAT’S A LIE BECAUSE ALL MY ORDERS CAME TOGETHER AND ARRIVED EXCEPT THAT ONE. WHEN I ASKED IF IT WAS ALL THEY SAID YES.

   I received an information via postnl that my package has been sent back to universal postal union. Only see that I can’t find anything with my tracking code KG12029717. Would like to know which sender has my package now.
