The workers at this Vega Cargo and Logistics store are so incapable, it is not worth bringing your business here. They took so long to take a simple return package, with a prepaid label, and then charged me to print it. They are terrible communicators, slow, and do not seem to understand the key functions of their job. Go to FedEx or any other shipping service before you subject yourself to this store.
Most excellent service!!!! Food was promptly delivered by vega cargo and logistics. I was able to track my order from placement to delivery. I am happy to utilize this local business. Most importantly support our local economy by not using a big app based company. My money stays in the community working for the community. Use eAT-s.
I hired Vega Cargo and Logistics to pick up some furniture at a friend’s condo and deliver it to me at my condo. Both my friend and I found the two movers to be friendly and professional. They were courteous, efficient, and very careful with both the furniture and the walls, elevators, etc. Would definitely recommend and happily use again.
Grossly unethical and unprofessional when there is an issue to resolve with your move. My new computer was damaged during recent move with Vega Cargo and Logistics. Was assured it would be replaced/repaired. Lies, delays, the run-around and deceit ensued. With many stresses that day, I only scanned the contract. However, it is outrageously WRONG for $10.20 to be a fair loss for my $700 computer regardless. No response from recent email and letter sent; no payment received yet. They should refund the moving fee I paid. They seem to have the qualities of rogue movers as outlined from the Consumer Protection Agency. AVOID!! Should be named The Art of Deception and a menace to the public.
