   I ordered 2 rugs I received one on June 1, 2020 but the driver said the other was not on his truck. My confirmation on my computer is saying both items were delivered, when actually only 1 was delivered. I am still missing the 2’X3′ rug, my wayfair order number is 3131039669. I contacted fed-x and they say I need the fed-x tracking number, which I no longer have. I have called your number and have been holding for about 1 hour and 20 minutes now. Can you please help me??? I love the rug I have and just want to know if I will get the other one. Thank you for your help.

If I knew your delivery service in my area I would contact them myself. as has been suggested but no where have I found this information on your site at this point my company will have left before you deliver item. please let me know if you will help.at this point I still want couch, thanks gary.

    I was on hold over an hr. The person just disappeared and did not finish confirming my order. The lady I spoke to promised me that my dryer and vent and plug will be delivered on Feb 3rd. I want it delivered in the afternoon. I’m disabled & on oxygen.
    I called. My credit card co and got the proof that I paid for the dryer. And no u guys did not credit my Acct. They advised me to not give u another credit card number but to give u this number which proves I pd for everything. Here is the number 06669C $691.03.
    It’s all completely pd for the arrr. The dryer plug And vent.
    Please make sure u deliver it thus time. Thq will be at least the 6th time they promised delivery.
    I am now promised it will be delivered 2/03. I want afternoon delivery. It goes tgey the side gate facing the house it’s on the RT side. And u open the gate And then it goes in thru the side garage door.
    Please call and verify on 1/30. As I said I was on hold over an hr and at about 4:47 pm they left the line and never came back. So there’s the number that proves it’s pd for.
