   Do we need to pay the parcel before it will be shipped to our country? Even if the payment was processed already on the the first country where the parcel coming from?

   *Edit due to response;
   Don’t trust this place or the owners. No matter how much I tried to show damages done by their Fly Express movers they response with something ridiculous, even though they stated they know and had experience with my needs.
   Given the owners actions and as I feel liable in lying about what occurred; I contacted U-Haul moving help then my bank and had them reverse the over time charge and issue me a refund.
   When an owner tries to lie and make something your fault, just contact your bank and see how they can help on reversing fees or their refund policy.
   Part of my original review;
   While the movers did me a favor and stayed an extra half hour, they did stand around talking for several times and once took what we assumed to be a break for a half hour.
   I was told I rushed them as I had a closing. I wouldn’t have had to jump in and rush them if I didn’t interrupt their standing in the hallway having yet another conversation about a video they saw online..
   I don’t know who I talked to but they are the most abrasive and obtuse person I’ve dealt with. I just wish I could post pictures of all the damaged items they dragged across the pavement. Just an awful experience that I am told is all my fault.

   Kind of weird as truck driver you can’t step out of your truck to stretch your legs at Fly Express even if you are next to your truck of course with orange vest on you and following all safety protocols. Very unfriendly!

   After researching various auto transport options, we discovered Fly Express. We found them to be BBB Accredited and also having an A+ rating which helped us decide to reach out to them to get our SUV from OK to OH. The driver that hauled our vehicle was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Patrick from Fly Express who coordinated our need to have SUV hauled was very friendly, helpful and responsive. My husband and I would recommend Fly Express for your vehicle hauling needs.

    I’ve been working at Fly Express as a dispatcher for just over a month now and I love it. Great co-workers and family orientated. Honestly the best company I’ve worked for since I moved to Tennessee in 2010.
