Every time I come to HTNS even when they are busy, they acknowledge with a smile. They are always helpful and friendly, they do DHL notary and activation for prepaid carrier like Metro by T-mobile, Ultra, Lyca, Simple Mobile, Page Plus and many more. These people are wonderful though it’s little hard to find. They are next to storage place behind Munch Box.
Package pick up line at HTNS is always long and wait usually 30 minutes. There is an older male employee that is very rude and he argues with customers.
HTNS was very professional and very nice. Excellent delivery experience!! I highly recommend. They called 30 minutes before arrival to let me know they would arrive soon.
There’s a clerk by the name of Francis who was very disrespectful to me in the HTNS office and on the phone. HTNS has lost my dog’s cancer medicine. I went in to talk to someone on April 5th. Today is the 10th. No solution to my problem. I called and talked to Francis again. He was very rude to me. He actually hung up on me. Still no package with the dog’s meds.
HTNS wants to charge you $1.50 to open a jpeg image from their email that you send them to get it printed off. Very poor business practice. Do not come here.
Find another location. There are 5 or 6 people working at HTNS but only 2 running the computers so it is painfully slow. Doesn’t matter if you are just dropping a single package and getting a confirmation or having a bunch of stuff packed and shipped. Everyone waits in the same line.
