    I have been a user of the JBL service for many years now. They always provide an excellent collection and delivery service.
    We can post our mail items at this mail box 24 hours a day 7 days a week, a brilliant service.
    The mail boxes are painted bright red so they can be easily found, they have a variety of Royal Insignia on them to determine who was the monarch when this mail box was created.
    The mail is kept secure until it is collected, sorted and delivered for us.
    Yes I have written lots of words for an extended review 🙂

    Thankful that we have a JBL office on Harrow Road but the staff are a bit snarky and the queue is always long. Not good for a quick visit at all. It’s so much easier now to use one of the other services for parcels such as Hermes etc but for signed for or next day delivery this is the only option and the location is good even if the staff, the wait and everything else isn’t. Also huge problem why do they not have a postbox outside. You have to line up just to post something and when they close you’re stuck. Just no idea why you would have a post office with no postbox.

    I would never use JBL! They write bad checks for services, and don’t answer their phone. They probably go through your stuff when they are moving it to see what they can sell.
