Horrible service from Poste Maroc. I am not sure what I am paying for.
1. Parcels are delivered to the wrong address.
2. They don’t leave a pickup slip. I have to find out from the vendor that the parcel was not delivered.
This is the second time it happened to me this week – despite me being at home, Poste Maroc delivery just dropped off the package outside my gate without ringing the doorbell. Can’t imagine if I’m out and the package may be gone by the time I return home. Is this your standard?? I never had issues with other logistics companies. In the future, I’ll have second thoughts buying from online shops that use POSTE MAROC for delivery.
The guys from Poste Maroc came on time and started loading home contents within 3 hours and moved interstate smoothly and safely. Very good coordination and best service with a smile. The best value for money. Though they were not the cheapest, the best thing is I chose them as real people with real service. We will use Poste Maroc again and recommend to anyone seeking service without any problems. Mahesh Trivedi, Sydney.
Actually the worst delivery company in the entire world.
Canceled my redelivery and the chat agent said I can pick it up now.
When I visited the place to pick it up, it was already shipped out for redelivery.
The Poste Maroc delivery driver would never call or ring a bell for delivery and things will always get shipped back.
This is just a sticker delivery company that cannot even do a single job they are given to do.
Worst part is that thousands and millions of people have the same complaint, but POSTE MAROC only returns automated messages and never makes an attempt to actually fix the issue.
