    Good evening,
    A parcel was send from Bloemfontein on Wednesday morning, we asked AND paid for it to be delivered the next day at the street address.
    The parcel is still not there, we are on our way to leave for Zambia and is just waiting for it to arrive.
    This is really bad service and unacceptable, please assist with this urgently.

    Postnet and Aramex AGAIN…PPA14896653749 correctly entered on tracking and report shows parcel ” not yet entered on the system “. Parcel has been picked up from sender 23 hours ago. Waybill proof on hand.
    By MY copious use of ALL couriers in SA over the past year , this can only , once again be Aramex messing up. Why in heavens name does Postnet even consider using Aramex beats me 🤷‍♂️..

    Tracking number PPA14896653749. Simply no movement on parcel 36 hours later. It’s either still stuck in Stellenbosch or SAPO has picked it up to try and get it to the destination. Aramex/Postnet. Fastly becoming another SAPO.
