    Is it possible to rate them zero stars?! I order a lot of stuff offline, and I’m getting sick of undeliverable as addressed or delivered and nothing’s in my mail box, on a weekly basis from PSP! And if the mailmen/women ain’t bad enough, them girls they have behind the desk are airheads who leave the phone off the hook so nobody can call in. It’s ridiculous! I’ve called everyone from the 1800# to the post master general but nobody seems to care. If it was up to me this whole branch should be fired and replaced with 5 year olds. I truly feel capable that they’d be able to run it just as good if not better than the current crew.

    Very irresponsible people at PSP! We waited 15 hours for us to call and said that the trailer is loaded! But nobody called us! When we came for the documents, the employee said that the trailer had been loaded for a long time. We are outraged! Is it really that hard to call! Now we are late for unloading! The second time I encounter this company is a terrible service!

    Absolute worst experience I ever had. The worst company I ever tried to deal with. You called the PSP company they hang up on you. Has team called the warehouse to verify pick up and they don’t even call, they won’t even call you back, they just straight up lie to you. They tell you everything is ready to go, you show up 3 hours later driving and your pod is not ready. Absolutely terrible people to deal with. I would not recommend PSP to no one out there.
