I want to give this LM Lines ZERO stars! I simply was trying to send a 2 Day priority package and the employees at this location would not let me use the Priority 2-Day tape to secure my label to the box. Forced me to buy a package of $4.00 tape to affix my PREPAID label. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE, use the Tustin courier office, the staff and employees are friendly and helpful. This Irvine location has the WORST customer service EVER. Will never return to this office again. Will make the extra drive and go to TUSTIN.
What a Phenomenal experience. On time, professional, super careful with our items. I wish we could give LM LINES 10 stars. If you are looking for a stress free, issue free move. Hire the LM Lines Team!!!

Going to this LM LINES facility was the strangest experience I’ve had with a courier office. First, it’s the closest USPS to me and 15 minutes from my house. Then once my GPS said I’d arrived at my destination I couldn’t believe it. This barely looks like an inhabitable building. I pulled into the circular drive and saw cars parked up over the curb on the grass. There’s no parking. I parked in the driveway and headed in. My bathroom is bigger than the lobby here. There were 4 or 5 people in the tiny office behind the window and not one acknowledged me. While I stood there waiting I noticed a sign on the window that said they don’t accept packages or sell stamps. I was there to mail a package so I left. Utterly confused at why there is nothing mentioned on their website about what services they offer. When I see USPS I assume it is for POST SERVICE. Apparently this facility is for picking up packages only. Two hours later and I’m still scratching my head at the entire experience.
Lately I’ve been getting mail from lm lines every other day, if I’m lucky! I’ve had a Netflix DVD in my mailbox waiting to be picked up since Wednesday.
Only open from 1030 to 1pm. Then LM Lines gave me attitude about getting my mail since i don’t have the money right now to pay for a mailbox key when i just paid a bunch of money to move.
