Highly recommend! Our Retrans Freight movers were courteous and friendly. They did an excellent job of securing items and made quick work of it too, rather than milking the clock. Pricing was very reasonable… cheaper than everyone else in the area.

Overall the move went well, the RETRANS FREIGHT movers arrived on time and communication was easy and good. The reason for not giving 5 stars is related to moving a sofa out of the living room. I stated the fact before the move and also before the movers started that 2 of the feet of the sofa needed to be removed in order to get it out.
But taking off the feet took almost 45 minutes(!) due to the lack of tools. We used Two men and a Truck about 4 years ago and the movers had no problems taking off the feet of that same sofa and putting them back, that’s why I did not think of this as a big issue. The Retrans Freight movers credited me 30 mins, so that is all fair and square, but it added stress to a situation where I did not expect any.
Overall – compared to other moves I did before – I felt the move was a little slower for the given amount of items to move, it took 4 hours 15 minutes (even after subtracting the credited time) and we had only a few boxes and some small furniture, only exception was the sofa, which is bulky but lightweight. I felt a little lack of experience IMHO.
I would use Retrans Freight again, the overall experience was good, even if not as great as the last time we used you guys 4 years ago.
