    I am receiving my order on Thursday, Aug. 20th between 8-12.

    This is a dead-end street, so you will have to back up into it or out of it!

    Also, one of your trucks delivered something to a neighbor a couple of weeks ago
    and knocked down their cable line.

    I did not receive my delivery of a couch yesterday. No communication as to why and when I will receive it. I understand if there was a major problem, but I should have been notified about it. I was at home all day and with my phone. Please advise with an explanation.

    Good evening, I’ve been trying to get in touch with you guys since Saturday and I was put on hold for so long then I left my phone number so your representative can call me back but I never get a call back. Anyway, our couch is suppose to be delivered tomorrow between 11 am to 3 pm and we are requesting if you could deliver our couch before 12:00 because my husband and are both working but my husband can come home on his breaktime to accept the delivery.     It is 4 pm and I have been trying to change my delivery date since 11am. I have been hung up on several times. Chat was unhelpful. On line won’t let me change the date. Cant find the online area to do that. I am very frustrated but not as much as your company will be when no one is home to accept the delivery.

I brought my dresser & chest on June 14, 2021 and it’s going to take a year before I get my order.     I’m so disappointed ….. we set a delivery date for today and delivery don’t show and no notification…… after we call assistance number we were informed that delivery date was set for 8/16/2022…….. amazing that delivery never showed up on that time either…… this is seems to be so bad for the RTG reputation if continues using some lack of responsibility from the delivery companies……. Thinking in cancel my purchase……and of course have ALL my money back
