Slow. Painfully slow. New staff member obviously. Took 20 minutes to rummage through the unorganized back of house to box 3 items. Second, more experienced Sfs Cargo Express staff member, nonchalant about the growing line. Best part of the store was the delivery guy that helped direct traffic of customers.

It was alright. The SFS CARGO EXPRESS workers aren’t always there for some reason and we could only be there until 3pm, which was a little inconvenient since we also had certain hours that we could go and get all the stuff out. Plus their fees can be pretty steep. A considerable amount more than the other leading storage places. We’re actually helping a friend who moved to Florida about 6 months ago. And they were trying to charge her over $10,000 to $15,000 to either keep it in storage here or ship it to her new place. We couldn’t believe it. Then your pod can get moved around if they need to move it or you’re needing to get into it. When it does get moved, sometimes the items can shift around including piling up against the door, which made it stuck after lifting it about an inch or so up. Then took roughly 20 mins to manage to move things so we could get it open. And you can only access the restroom while a Sfs Cargo Express worker is there. I don’t really know any of the pros related to here, but I’m sure there are some. All I know is I would never consider storing anything here nor would I recommend it due to these reasons. Maybe someday PODS self storage.
