    A month ago I made a claim with Worldgate Express (late shipping, lost items and double pay on custom fees) based on that, they already did all the investigations with the shipment of what was lost and they came to the conclusion that by mistake they charged me double the customs fee, they tell me that I have to go to the store to look at the agreement with the credit and now you say that I have to wait more days and make another claim and see what they decide to do. Impossible where do you want me to put the claim back with BBB?

    Worldgate Express recently hired new people and previous employees are gone. I just went there (09022017) and new workers are damn rude and yelling at customers. There was a customer who can’t hear clearly, and this woman yelling at him to read the small monitor screen on the right corner. I just tried to send my package internationally and another worker yelling at me to change the box. I told her the courier officer who worked here before taped the box with express on and accepted it. And she screaming again and says y’all bring those wrong boxes and that is why people keep coming to the window and complains. I mean, there were no freaking international boxes anywhere and even if it were there, how the hell am I supposed to unbox them and put them in new box when I don’t have a tape and neither do they. Why the hell do they get so mad for? If they can’t handle people to help, then they should not better work in post office where hundreds of people bring their importants to send to their beloved, businesses, family and friends. If people bring their package in wrong form, employees should help them to repack it in right form and try not to teach them by yelling. What a day and morning to start.
