    Will never buy anything again from Home Depot that has to be delivered by this company. The box was torn and taped. The headrail was bent in 2 places. NOT A GOOD DELIVERY COMPANY.

    I can’t recommend Earls Removals enough – from beginning to end the service was amazing. Anne was so helpful and was always so accomodating and fast to respond, even when we had to move our move date 3 times which just took a lot of the stress of moving away. The service on the day was great – they took down the beds and rebuilt them in the new house and put all the boxes in the correct rooms, which made unpacking a lot easier. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

    Please never book parcel with them
    They always update fake information
    Customer don’t pick the phone

    They were the worst experience we ever had in regards to customer service and customer satisfaction!! Won’t recommend them to anyone ever. As is clear in the photos they dropped my fridge on the floor and broke my make up tablet mirror and didn’t take any responsibility. A girl in some where like Philippines answers the phone and there’s no management to discuss the problem with. Hopefully they will see the consequences of leaving a customer this unhappy and angry.

    Waited for 10 – 15 minutes to be served in a queue of 3 (later 5) people while staff members walked past ignoring us and then loudly joked about us to the back room staff. When finally served by ‘Tony’ no apology was given and when asked about the wait and being blanked we were given a shrug as answer.
    Always pretty awful service here but that was a record even by their standards.
